Data Availability Statements

A data availability statement is crucial in signposting where the data associated with a paper is available, and under what conditions the data can be accessed, including links (where applicable) to the data set.

Data availability statements should be tagged as a section within the <back> element. The section element should be assigned an attribute sec-type="data-availability". This special section usually has a title similar to "Data availability statement".
