Issue Metadata

TF JATS article XML and issue XML contain certain issue-level information that describes the journal issue that the file is a part of. This issue-level information includes the volume number, issue number, control date, and optionally the supplement number, issue title, cover date, and issue part. For complete issues, and articles in build-issue-online/eFirst issues, this information should be repeated with consistency in all article XML files and in the issue XML file.
