Rules with this context

• JATS-0044-011A row in a table should not have more columns than there are columns defined in the table. Row count(preceding-sibling::oasis:row) + 1 has $rowCols columns while the table defines ancestor::oasis:tgroup/@cols columns.
• JATS-0044-005colsep attribute value should be a number, found "@colsep"
• JATS-0044-006rowsep attribute value should be a number, found "@rowsep"
