Description
If the title of a part, section, equation or question begins with a sequential number, then this number should be removed from the title and placed in this element instead. This allows the number to be easily detected for special formatting or removal when publishing. The number cannot contain formatting but may include symbols:
<section1><no>3.2</no><title>section three point two</title>...</section1>
